We realise that times are tight for everyone at the moment and there doesn’t appear to be an end in sight. In recognition of this we are pleased to introduce half price visit fee days for routine veterinary work.
We have divided the practice into six zones and each zone is visited once a week as set out below. If you are not sure which zone you would be in, please contact the reception team on 01978 312619 and they will be happy to help.
Monday morning Zone 1 - Visits need to be booked by Friday evening
Monday afternoon Zone 5 - Visits need to be booked by Friday evening
Wednesday morning Zone 2 - Visits need to be booked by Monday evening
Wednesday afternoon Zone 6 - Visits need to be booked by Monday evening
Thursday morning Zone 4 - Visits need to be booked by Tuesday evening
Thursday afternoon Zone 3 - Visits need to be booked by Tuesday evening

Unfortunately we are unable to offer half price visits to areas outside of the marked zones.
Each call needs to be booked at least 24hours in advance (e.g. Zone 2 calls must be booked by Monday evening). Call times will be allocated the preceding evening e.g. Tuesday 5pm for Zone 2. Unfortunately exact times for these half price visits cannot be offered in advance and you must be available for any time slot that morning or afternoon. If more than one owner is being seen at a single yard, then the half price visit fee will be divided accordingly, thus making a further saving! In addition owners are not able to choose the specific veterinary surgeon to carry out the visit, it is dependent upon who is working in that zone on the specific day.
What constitutes routine work?
Vaccinations, routine teeth rasp, bandage change, repeat antibiotic or cartrophen injection, repeat sarcoid cream application. If you are not sure if your visit would be eligible please contact reception on 01978 312619
